Beginners 2

This friendly class is for people with a tiny bit of Italian experience – you're still a beginner but not a complete newbie ;) Maybe you did a course a while ago, or spent some time in Italy on holiday. Perhaps you've studied solo e.g. using Duolingo, but want to put your learning into practice – this course is for you!

The classes will run continually, to be paid in advance in blocks of four lessons (six hours tuition), with breaks for Christmas, Easter and summer.

We will cover, among other things:

Topics

• talking about ourselves

• talking about friends & families

• describing our daily routine

• describing the home & other places

• talking about holidays 

• talking about food & wine – very important!

• discussing films, books, music & art

Grammar

• (review) present tense 

• past tense (regular & irregular verbs)

• reflexive verbs

• prepositions (to, at, in etc.)

• irregular plurals

• adverbs

When: Wednesday mornings 11.30am-1pm
